Promotional messaging

City Wide Services sends recurring automated promotional text messages about HVAC services, seasonal specials, maintenance offers, and related promotions to customers who expressly opt in. These terms apply to the promotional SMS program. Service-request and appointment communications have separate purposes and consent requirements.
To enroll, enter your mobile number, select the optional promotional SMS consent checkbox, and submit the website form. You authorize City Wide Services to send promotional texts to the number you provide. Merely providing a phone number or requesting service does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Only provide a number you are authorized to enroll; notify us if the number changes.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for questions about your plan or charges.
Reply STOP to a promotional text to stop future promotional messages. We may send one confirmation of your unsubscribe request. You can also request removal by contacting City Wide Services at 512-623-1759 or office@citywide.services. We will honor reasonable requests to withdraw consent. A later service request does not automatically resubscribe you to promotions.

We use mobile numbers and consent records to operate the program and honor your choices. We do not sell or rent mobile information or SMS consent, or share them with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Operational providers may process information needed to support the program. Read our Privacy Policy.
Message delivery depends on mobile-network availability and other factors. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not an emergency-service channel.
If we make material changes to the types of promotional messages covered by your consent, we will obtain additional consent when required. Current terms are available on this page.
