With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Mike brings a great deal of knowledge and expertise. When he's not on the job, you can find him spending time with his dogs and working on this vintage car. 

Lauren works behind the scenes ensuring things are running smoothly. When she's not buried in her computer, you'll find her hiking with her two rescue dogs and frequenting coffee shops. 

Ernest is the face behind the phone and front-end operations.
